Monthly Contributions
Become a FCHS Pet Pal and join a group of devoted supporters who make regular monthly contributions to help orphaned pets in need.

We count on their generous monthly donations, which are automatically applied to their credit card for their convenience, to help provide the best care possible to our community's homeless pets still awaiting forever homes with loving families.

By joining our Pet Pal program and by giving a gift of love each month, you will help to sustain the daily operations of Franklin County Humane Society, which is guaranteeing each of our pets a permanent home with a family who loves them unconditionally. The prospect of a good life exists for thousands of Franklin County's orphaned animals with your kind support.

How monthly giving helps:

  • a kind gift of $10 each month can provide flea preventative to six cats or training treats for ten dogs.
  • a kind gift of $25 each month can provide one cat neuter surgery or rawhides for ten dogs.
  • a kind gift of $50 each month can provide five soft beds to five cats or dogs.
  • a kind gift of $100 each month can provide upper respiratory treatment to two cats or heartworm treatment to one dog.

Legacy Giving
Friends who include FCHS in their long-term charitable planning are recognized as members of the Legacy Society. These thoughtful supporters have decided to establish a legacy of support at FCHS. A simple way to become a member of the Legacy Society is to remember FCHS in your will or estate plans. Your generosity will help guarantee life to homeless animals for many years to come.

Many other options, which may provide you with numerous tax benefits, exist for legacy giving. Through a legacy gift, you may be able to increase your current income or provide additional retirement income, while reducing or avoiding income, estate and capital gains taxes. It is important to explore options with your financial planner so that both you and the orphaned pets at FCHS receive the full benefit of a legacy gift.

FCHS offers many avenues to meet the needs of our donors. No gift is too small, and your gift may be tax deductible under IRS guidelines. FCHS is exempt from the payment of Federal income tax under the provisions of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code. To donate by mail or by fax, see information below. You may also donate by calling 802-524-9650.
